Program Description:

The Eventfully Yours PTA FUN-draiser is an exclusive, year-round fundraising partnership designed to benefit invited schools in North Carolina. Participating schools receive a custom promo code to share with families, staff, and supporters. When a customer books any Eventfully Yours service (DJ, photo booth, entertainers, and more) and completes payment using that school’s code, the school earns a commission on the total invoice.

Program Highlights:

Exclusive Access: Only available to schools invited by Eventfully Yours and located in North Carolina.
Promo Code: Each school receives a unique code to share widely.
Earn Back on Bookings: 10% of the total from each fully paid invoice using the promo code is contributed back to the school.
Year-Round Fundraising: The program runs continuously, no need to re-enroll each year.
Twice-a-Year Payouts: Schools receive checks in March & September.
Minimum Annual Earnings for Payout: $30

What Schools Receive:

When your school signs up for the Eventfully Yours PTA FUN-draiser, you’ll receive:

A Personalized Promo Code: Easy to share with parents, teachers, and the wider community.
A Starter Digital Toolkit: Includes ready-to-use flyers, social media graphics, and email templates to promote your code.
Exclusive Partner Perks: Early notifications of special discounts, seasonal deals, and bonus earning opportunities.
Transparent Reporting: A breakdown of all qualifying invoices tied to your promo code before each payout.

Program Rules & Agreement:

Schools must be invited and located in North Carolina to participate.
Promo code must be applied at the time of booking, retroactive use is not available.
Earnings are based on fully paid invoices before taxes and service fees.
Schools agree to allow Eventfully Yours to use their name and/or logo in promotional materials unless otherwise requested.
Eventfully Yours will provide a report of qualified invoices prior to each payout.

Example:

If a family books a DJ service for their child’s birthday party for $500 and uses your school’s promo code at checkout:

The school earns 10% = $50 from that single booking.
If just 10 families book services throughout the year, your school could earn $500 or more, simply by sharing your promo code!

Use of photo, video, or other content without permission is strictly prohibited. Eventfully Yours provides top notch, event entertainment including DJ's, Photo Booths, Face Painters and Balloon Twisters for corporate events, school functions, birthday parties, and festivals and more throughout Charlotte, NC and its surrounding areas such as Matthews, Mint Hill, Ballantyne, Indian Trail, Monroe, Stallings, Pineville, Concord, and Waxhaw and South Carolina cities including Indian Land, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Tega Cay.
