What kind of events do you do?

We do not discriminant! Company Picnics, Birthday's, Church Events, Festivals, Adult Parties, Weddings, Baby Showers & Gender Reveal, Promotions, Bat/Bar & B'nai Mitzvahs...you get the picture, we handle ALL OCCASIONS!

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% Non-Refundable date retainer upon contract. You can make this payment automatically through PayPal or other payment methods are available if needed. The remaining balance can be paid anytime prior to your event.

Do do you travel?

We work within the Charlotte area and surrounding communities like Davidson, Belmont, Marvin, Waxhaw, Weddington, Monroe, Matthews, Mint Hill, Gastonia, Indian Trail and both Rock Hill and Fort Mill in South Carolina. We do love traveling and charge affordable rates for going out of our typical areas so call us to get an exact quote!

What type of Photo booths do you offer?

We have several booth options and packages that can be customized to fit your desires. We offer digital booths, print booths and 360 video booths.

Are the photos in black & white or color?

Both, you choose! We can do "Kardashian" Glam style, full color or even green screen so you can have any destination in the background.

Can you customize the photo strips with our name or logo?

Yes we can! We customize each photo strip with Canva and can add your, date, logo and even match your theme or invitation. Then we will send to you for approval before the date. The sky’s the limit! We will also match the interactve welcome screen each user sees when they step up to the photobooth.

Do you provide props?

OH Yes! We have a large selection of props that includes silly hats, glasses, high quality PVC signs, and can provide custom props to fit your theme upon request for an additional fee.

How much space is needed?

We need about a 12x12 space for all of our Photo & video booths. However, we can set up in smaller spaces by scaling down the set up. We will ask for a venue walk through before your event to ensure that we are able to accommodate your space and determine the best area for set up.

How long do you need for setup?

We typically require 1 to 2 hours for a booth set up, this allows time for complete set up and testing in the space.

How many people fit in the booth?

Our open air booth fits 8 easily, however 18 has been our largest group that squeezed together and said "Cheese!" Our 360 platform fits 2-3 people comfortably.

How do we get our photos, Gif's & boomerangs?

You can get your picture, Gif and boomerang delivered digitlly via text, email, airdrop, sent to your social media and your photoscan be printed for you to save forever!

Will someone be there to help us?

Absolutely! A knowledgeable and friendly attendant will prepare everything for your perfect celebration! They will also make sure the booth is working properly and all are having a great time!

How long does it take for your DJ to setup?

We typically require 1 to 2 hours for a DJset up. This allows time for complete set up and testing in the space.

Can I make my own playlist?

Yes, definitely! You are welcome to give us as many songs as you would like to hear as well as songs you don't want played. Our DJ's can also help make song suggestions and will work with you to customize a perfect playlist for you.

Can my DJ set up outside?

Yes. If you are planning to have your DJ outside, we do ask that our clients provide tent coverage for our DJ's and their equipment to prevent any damage from the sun, rain or other elements. Also, keep in mind we wil require a power source withing50 feet of our setup.

What kind of paint do the Face Painters use?

Important question! Our artists only use high quality cosmetic grade, professional paints that are made specifically for use on the face and body. All face paints used are made with US FDA and EU compliant high-quality ingredients and are safe and hypoallergenic. They contain no perfume, parabens, or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. All face paints are vegan and they are not tested on animals. NEVER allow acrlyic paint to be used on the skin!

How many faces can your Face Painter do in an hour?

Our designs takeabout 5 minutes each, but keep in mindthat sometimeskids need time to make their decisions, pick colors,look in the mirror, etc. Also, we are artists that likeour work to be perfect. This is why we are so loved!

What ages are best for the Game Master?

Our games target ages 5-85! We have games for kids, adults and both together! The game master is the life of the party getting people up to participate in a multitude of fun games. We bring everything for games like tug of war, wet 'n messy water relay, sack races, foxtail, scavenger quest, egg toss, water balloon toss and so much more.

What do we need to supply for the Aerialist?

Our Aerialists can supply their own rigging, so all you need is an audience that is ready to be entertained.

Frequently Asked Questions: Inflatables

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, although some area farther away may have a travel fee.

When do you set up?

Depending on how many rentals (inflatables) we have scheduled on that day, we generally arrive 1-3 hours prior to your renatl time. If we have a lot of rentals scheduled, we may need to set up the day before the party. If that is the case we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

What surfaces do you set up on?

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags

What if it rains?

We will order sunshine for your event, however Mother Nature isn't always the easiest to work with! We want your event to be FABULOUS so if inclement weather is going to hinder that AND you contact us before our staff/equipment has left we will transfer your deposit to another date we can both agree upon within 6 months of original event date. Once we leave our facility or set up we must pay our staff, so we must get paid.

Use of photo, video, or any other content without permission first is strictly prohibited.
